Lion-O vs He-man

I am not sure if this has been brought up before forgive me if it has. Who do you think would win in fight between He-man and Lion-O?

Well one could argue that they never would fight each other, but for the sake of the discussion, I’ll give an answer.

He-Man would win hands down. They don’t call him “The Most Powerful Man in the Universe” for nothing. He’s stronger than 10 Lion-Os!!! This is a guy that pushed a moon out of orbit on one occasion. Lion-O’s strong, but hasn’t done anything to indicate he has that kind of strength. He-Man has also displayed great agility & speed, so he’s pretty much got Lion-O matched up in every way.

The only thing Lion-O has that could match him up against He-Man is the Sword of Omens…but even that is useless because the Sword can not be used against someone who is good, and is there anybody more purely good than He-Man?? He’s basically a boy scout trapped in Arnold Schwartzenegger’s body.

So yeah, He-Man wins.

Okay so one on one in a fair fight chances are Lion-o would get his tale handed to him, He-Man is stronger and seemingly more agile, and Lion-O can’t even use his sword as He-Man’s more the embodiment of good than evil. On the other hand though Lion-O has gone one on one with Mum-Ra so it probably isn’t as clear cut as you’d think, especially if Battle Cat was there, Lion-O would be able to turn He-Man’s ride against him like he did snowman. Still my money would be on He-Man. The thing is though neither of these fought one on one, they had the masters and other 'cats backing them, Panthro against Man-At-Arms sounds a good fight, Stratos vs Tigra maybe, Teela and Cheetara would be cool to see too, so would Orko against Snarf. They of course would end up teaming up to face the combined powers of Skeletor and Mum-Ra, that is until they ended up arguing and turning on one another giving us the big fight villain against villain. That one would be too close to call for me.

Remember that time in the She-Ra movie where He-man pretty much broke down 300 feet tall rock building with one punch. Like wow man!

Devil’s advocate again.

I’m hearing what y’all are saying, but, typically, I have to disagree. For those of you who’ve read Garth Ennis’ Preacher, I’m reminded of the fight between Cassidy and Jesse towards the end of the series…Cassidy, a basically indestructible vampire facing off against Jesse, a relatively powerless but very well-trained and well-disciplined fighter. Jesse starts out by making Cassidy bleed above the eyes so that his vision was severely impaired and then proceeds to take Cassidy apart…and I can see a similar thing happening between Liono and HeMan.

In other words, I give the fight to Liono for the same reason you guys give it to HeMan: HeMan has great strength, which, to me, means he has never exactly needed to learn to fight as skillfully as Liono has because he’s always had that strength to depend/rely on…and when you add to that the fact that Prince Adam is around far more than HeMan is, with HeMan only being “called forth” when there’s some kind of emergency(or is it possible that Prince Adam becomes HeMan when he needs to open a pickle jar?) you’ve got a big gap in the amount of fighting experience Liono has over HeMan.

True, but doesn’t Prince Adam have to train, (certainly he did in the remake), with Man-at-arms training and his power He-man must be the bookies favorite.

I love the idea of Adam becoming He-man to open the pickle jar.

Lion-O does not have a chance.
